Hyundai Ioniq Electric selected 2018 ecological car of the year in Chile

Hyundai Motor’s Ioniq Electric car has been selected the 2018 Best Car of Year in Chile, beating Toyota Motor’s Prius and BMW’s i8, the company said on Jan. 12.
Some 20 Chilean media companies voted to select the best car, in terms of design, performance and stability, after reviewing vehicles launched in the local market in 2017, a Hyundai Motor spokesman said.
